Glued, unfolded, circle-shaped filters ensure even extraction for pure coffee flavor. The thicker design of the specially fiber filter keeps bitters, oils, and grinds where they belong (and out of your cup).

CHEMEX® filters are 20-30% heavier than other filters and remove even the finest sediment particles. The filter design facilitates proper brewing time by regulating the filtration rate – approximately a 4-minute brew. They produce a clear, complex, light-bodied coffee.

A warning  : Since the filters are made of thick paper, they require a thorough rinse with hot water before brewing to remove any paper taste.

Compatible with all CHEMEX® infusers except CM-1, CM-1C, CM-1GH 20-30% heavier than other filters.
