With its Italian styling, near-silent grinding and exceptional durability, the Eureka Mignon Specialita has quickly become one of baristas’ favorite flat burr espresso grinders. The 55mm flat burrs, with the exclusive addition of the “Easy adjustment“, are among the best household automatic grinders on the market.

Specialita is the newest and most premium version of the Mignon series. The is compact and suitable for various brewing methods, from espresso to French press, and provides a uniform grind.

An intuitive touch screen makes every operation extremely easy. You can quickly set the dose, program a single and double dose and grind coffee continuously. The display also shows a dose counter.

There  Hands-free fork fits every portafilter. Place the portafilter on it and push it forward to activate the button that triggers grinding.

To adjust the grind size, simply turn the micrometric adjustment knob. Although it is continuous, it has a scale, which makes the whole process much easier.

The grinding is precise and consistent. The most important element here is the 55mm hardened steel burr. The result is around 1.4-1.8g/s when grinding for espresso and 1.9-2.5g/s with a coarser setting.
